As audiology assistant, Lorraine supports our audiologists by performing routine tasks and procedures that do not require the professional skill and judgment of an audiologist. Her responsibilities include preparing patients for evaluations, maintaining and calibrating audiological equipment, managing patient records, and assisting with hearing aid fittings and repairs. Lorraine also instructs patients in the proper use and care of hearing aids and other amplification devices, manages client reviews and liaises with referring doctors.

She also also provides administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and managing inventories, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
